1. Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be received within 45 days of delivery.
  • Any wrong item, shortage, or shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

2. Item Condition

  • Products must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Installed, tested, or contaminated items are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened RO/NF/UF membranes, filter cartridges, or other consumables.
  • Custom orders, cut-to-size tubing, chemicals, or special imports.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is defective or not as described, please contact us within 30 days.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund—including return shipping.

5. Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible, non-defective returns.
  • No restocking fee applies if the return is due to our error.

6. Return Shipping

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping on remorse-based or ordering error returns.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label or reimburse standard shipping costs.

7. RMA Requirement

  • All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • To request an RMA, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
